What we do
Website Design
Websites built to bring in work, on any device. Clear structure, fast pages, and Google Business tuning so local customers actually find you.
What is Imagi-Tech Website Design?
Imagi-Tech provides website design and development to small and mid-sized businesses across Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Michigan, from offices in Marietta, Ohio and Lexington, Kentucky. Websites built to bring in work, on any device. Clear structure, fast pages, and Google Business tuning so local customers actually find you. Projects are scoped and quoted after a free audit rather than sold from a rate card.
Sound familiar?
When people call us about this
- The site was built by someone who left, on a platform nobody can log into
- It looks fine on a laptop and falls apart on a phone
- You rank for your own name and nothing else
- Nobody can tell you how many calls the site produced last month
What's included
What you actually get

- Mobile-first, fast-loading pages
- Local SEO and Google Business setup
- Content management you can run yourself
- Hosting and maintenance
Pages that load fast, read clearly, and turn local searches into calls.
How we work
Website Design, cut into four pieces
Free audit
Site speed, structure, mobile behavior, and your Google Business listing, scored and explained without jargon.
Structure
We map how customers actually buy from you, then build the page order around that instead of around your org chart.
Build
Mobile-first pages, real content, fast loads. Local SEO baked in rather than bolted on afterward.
Measure and maintain
Hosting, updates, and reporting you can read. You get the login and the ability to run it yourself.
Proof
Work like this, written up
The business challenge, what we did, and what happened — in full, on the page.
Jefferson County, PA
Three legacy county sites rebuilt: 200+ pages migrated to a Section 508 compliant platform, a secure case-file exchange for the District Attorney, a maintenance ticketing system, a new county identity, and a .com to .gov migration executed with no downtime.

Website with Members PortalParkersburg-Marietta Building & Construction Trades Council
A single-page site became a member portal with ACH dues payment, document submission, an events calendar, and public resources for people looking to join a trade.
1 to many pages — from a single-page site to a full member portal
Rebuild & Customize WebsiteCarolina Rides
A slow, hard-to-edit dealership site rebuilt with a custom EV browsing experience — and a temporary holiday storefront deployed mid-project so no sales were lost during the rebuild.

Questions we get asked
About Website Design
Do you design websites, or build them too?
Both. Design, development, content structure, hosting and maintenance are one engagement, so there is no handover gap where a design turns out not to be buildable.
Will we be able to update the site ourselves?
Yes. Content management you can run yourself is part of every build, and you get the logins and a walkthrough. Editing a page should not require a support ticket.
Is the site built for phones?
Mobile-first, not mobile-tolerated — pages are built at phone width first and expanded, because that is where most local searches happen.
Is SEO included in a website build?
The foundations are: site speed, structure, crawlability, and Google Business Profile setup. Ongoing search marketing — content, local SEO, AEO and GEO work, and paid search — is the separate Digital Marketing service, at a published monthly price.
What if the person who built our current setup has left?
That is the normal case rather than the hard one. We document what you have from the outside — what it does, not what somebody intended it to do — and the people using it daily are usually the best source.
Who owns the work when the project is finished?
You do — the data, the documentation, and the system itself, including the logins. Nothing is held hostage as a retention strategy.
How does an Imagi-Tech website design and development project actually start?
With a free audit. We look at what you are running now, hand you a plain-language read on what is solid and what is one bad morning away from trouble, and only then talk about scope and price.
Where does Imagi-Tech work?
From two offices — Marietta, Ohio and Lexington, Kentucky — across Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Michigan. Most work is remote because it is faster; on-site time is scheduled when hands on hardware actually help.

Tell us what is not working. Plain language is perfect — "our Access database is dying" tells us plenty.
